Guests will have the opportunity to observe this cultural practice first-hand and enjoy a tasting directly from the tap following the distillation.
Local history expert Johan Minnaar will also present a short historical talk on Withond, exploring its origins and place in local heritage.
This will be followed by a carefully curated tasting and pairing experience by well-known chef, Hestie van der Mescht, featuring sweet and savoury delights.
